Position: Instructional Design Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Design Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and engaging learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization and enhance the learning experience for our employees. This is a key role in our Learning and Development team, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop effective and engaging learning solutions that align with adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design
• Create and curate a variety of learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other supporting resources
• Utilize instructional design software and tools to develop interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences
• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements in instructional design and incorporate them into learning solutions
• Continuously review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and budgets
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proven experience in developing engaging and effective learning solutions
• Strong knowledge and understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
