Job Summary: As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with community members and promoting our organization's mission. You will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to increase awareness of our organization's programs and services. You will also collaborate with other team members to plan and execute community events, workshops, and fundraisers. The ideal candidate is a creative and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community awareness of our organization's programs and services
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute community events, workshops, and fundraisers
• Build relationships with community members, local organizations, and businesses to promote our organization's mission
• Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and develop targeted outreach initiatives
• Create and distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media content, to promote our organization's services
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings to build brand awareness and engage with potential partners and donors
• Develop and maintain a database of community contacts and partnerships
• Track and report on outreach efforts and their impact on the community
• Assist with fundraising efforts and grant writing to support the organization's programs and services
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Stay up-to-date with community issues and trends to inform outreach strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social services, or marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Passion for community service and making a positive impact on people's lives
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend community events and meetings
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
