As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling new and used vehicles to customers
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through effective communication and follow-up

• Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers
• Work closely with the dealership's finance and insurance team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for customers
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Continuously seek out new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all sales and customer interactions in the dealership's CRM system
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, features, and sales techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in business or sales is an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
