Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to address them
Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to improve our products and services
Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to analyze and process large datasets
Build and maintain AI systems, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model training pipelines
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and make necessary improvements
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality and efficient AI solutions
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage AI tools and platforms for business growth
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide support and training on AI solutions as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects and solutions
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience in working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
