Qualifications:

• Proficient in one or more performance areas such as singing, dancing, acting, or musical instruments
• Strong stage presence and ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of technical aspects of live performances, including lighting, sound, and stage design
• Physical stamina and ability to withstand long hours of standing, dancing, and performing
