Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our educational programs. This includes developing curriculum, managing instructors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the institution's mission and objectives
• Design curriculum and instructional materials for various courses and programs
• Hire, train, and supervise instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality education to students
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of educational programs
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational partners, including schools, universities, and community organizations
• Manage and maintain the budget for educational programs, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and enrollment process for students
• Communicate with students and their parents/guardians to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
• Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and other educational activities for students
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to educational programs and student progress
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of instructors
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of educational technologies and online learning platforms
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations
