Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives
Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders
Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements
Ensure that project processes and procedures are followed and adhered to
Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve any project-related issues
Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for future projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
Experience in Sports & Sporting Goods Stores is preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PMP certification is a plus
