Position: Environmental Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team. As an Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental projects and programs for our company. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and to promote sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement environmental plans and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and environmental impact studies to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate environmental considerations into project planning and design.
• Monitor and track environmental performance metrics and report on progress to management.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on environmental regulations and best practices.
• Stay current with changes in environmental regulations and advise management on potential impacts to the company.
• Participate in environmental research and development initiatives to identify new technologies and practices for sustainability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on environmental issues.

• Lead the development and implementation of sustainable practices and programs within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental engineering.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting environmental assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessment tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
