Position: Concrete Production Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Production Manager to join our team. As the Concrete Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete production, from planning and scheduling to quality control and project management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality concrete products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and project deadlines
• Manage the production process, including raw material inventory, batching, mixing, and casting
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new and innovative concrete products
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
• Work closely with project managers to coordinate production schedules and meet project requirements
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and submit production reports to senior management on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment, and materials
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to concrete production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
