Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing innovative learning solutions that drive performance and engagement for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to create engaging and effective training programs that align with our business objectives. This is a challenging role that requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for developing high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and identify learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning solutions, including e-learning courses, videos, job aids, simulations, and instructor-led training materials
• Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to determine the most appropriate learning solutions for different audiences and learning objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trainers, HR, and business leaders, to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Utilize a variety of multimedia tools and software to develop visually appealing training materials
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions to improve learning outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and adult learning theories
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality training materials within budget
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation of training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or learning and development role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Experience in developing blended learning solutions, including online, classroom, and virtual training programs
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with learning management systems is a plus
• Certifications in instructional design or related fields are preferred
