We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shipyard Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Shipyard Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipyard operations, including production, maintenance, safety, and budget management. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipyard operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of shipyard operations, including production processes, safety protocols, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
