Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive results. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of our training programs and materials. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs, identify learning objectives, and design innovative and interactive learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and results-driven learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives, gather content, and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and industry best practices to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and other training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and blended learning.
• Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and other team members to create engaging and visually appealing learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through the use of surveys, assessments, and other evaluation methods.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and revise training materials based on feedback and evaluation results.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly creative with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and development of effective and engaging learning experiences.
