Position: Database Collection Analyst

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect data from multiple sources such as online databases, websites, and internal systems
• Conduct data entry and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct any errors in the database
• Update and maintain existing databases to reflect changes in data
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all databases
• Develop and implement data collection and management processes and procedures
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data collection and management
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data collection and management
• Strong understanding of data collection and management principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of SQL or other database querying language is a plus
