Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement curriculum content that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify learning needs and develop appropriate curriculum solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum content.
Design instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and activities, that engage and motivate learners.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Ensure curriculum materials are accessible and inclusive for all learners.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and technology to continuously improve the curriculum.
Provide training and support to instructors on how to effectively deliver curriculum content.
Collaborate with other curriculum specialists to share best practices and ensure consistency across programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and evaluation methods.
Experience in developing curriculum for both traditional and online learning environments.
Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Captivate.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
