Job Description: Penske Media Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify program goals and objectives, develop strategic plans, and ensure successful execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy and Planning: - Lead the development and implementation of program strategies in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program needs, goals, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential program opportunities and trends.

Program Development and Management:

• Oversee the development and execution of program initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program development and execution.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to meet established goals and objectives.

Team Management and Leadership:

• Lead a team of program development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Communication and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including team members, partners, and senior management.
• Provide regular updates and reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
• Effectively communicate program goals, objectives, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
