Key Responsibilities:

Design and create digital media content including but not limited to social media posts, website graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements
Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with company branding and messaging
Stay updated with design trends and techniques to constantly improve the visual appeal of our digital media content
Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs
Conduct continuous quality checks to ensure all designs are error-free and meet project requirements
Provide guidance and support to junior designers to help them develop their skills and meet project expectations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them to digital media content
Experience with designing for different platforms and devices, including mobile and desktop
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A portfolio showcasing your digital media design skills is required
