Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents, and community partners, to ensure the success of these programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to design curriculum and instructional materials
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for teachers and staff on implementing educational programs
• Organize and oversee educational events and activities, such as workshops, seminars, and field trips
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to support and enhance educational programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and track program budgets, expenses, and attendance
• Prepare and distribute educational materials to students, teachers, and parents
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to inform program development and implementation
• Provide support and guidance to students, teachers, and parents as needed
• Collaborate with other Education Coordinators to share best practices and resources
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Education Director

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, program coordination, or a similar role
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Familiarity with education technology and digital learning tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on the lives of students
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations
