Job Title: Digital Education Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Education Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our digital education programs, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently and effectively to our students. You will work closely with our instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging and interactive online courses, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of our digital education platform. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop online courses that align with our educational objectives and standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our digital education platform, including course setup, user management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Work closely with our marketing team to promote our digital education programs and increase student enrollment.
• Monitor and analyze student engagement and satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the quality and consistency of our online courses.
• Provide ongoing support and training to instructors and students on the use of our digital education platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital education, and make recommendations for their integration into our programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of our digital education platform with other systems and processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between instructors, students, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the budget for our digital education programs, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and laws related to digital education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating and managing online education programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and online learning technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with learning management systems, such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with online marketing and student recruitment strategies.
• Experience with budget management and cost analysis.
• Passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students.
