Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our creative design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful design solutions that align with our company's brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's brand and goals.
• Create and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budget.
• Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee the selection and management of external design agencies and freelancers when needed.
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality design projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience in branding and marketing design is highly preferred.
