Job Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer at Pixel Pioneers Community, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative and impactful designs for a variety of marketing materials. You will work closely with our clients to understand their brand and target audience, and then translate their vision into exceptional designs that effectively communicate their message. You will also mentor and guide a team of designers, providing them with direction and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and goals
• Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for a wide range of marketing materials including logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and more
• Ensure all designs align with the client's brand identity and messaging
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate their feedback into the final product
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, copywriting, and web development to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including print and digital materials
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box to deliver innovative and impactful designs
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide a team of designers
• Passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve
