In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our academic programs. As the Academic Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our students and maintaining the high standards of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of academic programs
• Manage the budget and resources for academic programs, including identifying potential funding opportunities and securing grants
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify new trends and best practices in academic program management
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop new academic programs that align with the institution's mission and goals
• Oversee the curriculum development process and ensure that all programs meet accreditation standards
• Monitor and evaluate academic programs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to academic programs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field
• 4 years of experience in academic program management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
