Position: UX Researcher

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will conduct research, gather insights, and provide recommendations to improve the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, with a passion for understanding user behavior and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through various methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Analyze and synthesize research data to create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Advocate for the user by identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research to continuously improve our research process and methods.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in user research in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience with usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and other research methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in the design and development of digital products and services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
