We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our growing team. As a Data Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients make data-driven decisions and providing valuable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with our clients to identify their business needs, develop data-driven strategies, and implement analytics solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and identify data-related challenges and opportunities
• Design and implement data analytics strategies that align with clients' business objectives
• Develop data models and algorithms to extract insights and trends from large datasets
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of data strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data sources, gather and prepare data for analysis
• Identify and implement new data sources and techniques to improve data analysis and reporting
• Provide training and support to clients on data analysis tools and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide support in client presentations and proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting role
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of data mining techniques, data visualization, and statistical analysis
• Experience in developing data models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data analytics projects and achieving business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
