Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of milk production, including overseeing the milking process, milk storage, and transportation.
Train and manage a team of milk production workers, ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
Monitor milk quality and ensure that all production processes adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying and addressing any maintenance needs.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production, inventory, and expenses.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards.
Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices to improve production processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in milk production or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in dairy science, animal science, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of milk production processes and industry regulations.
Proven experience in managing a team and strong leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
