Position: Data Quality Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data quality principles and techniques, as well as experience in data management and analysis. As a Data Quality Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to maintain and improve the integrity of our data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and root causes.
• Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to track and monitor data quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules and validation strategies to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Partner with data governance and data management teams to establish and maintain data quality policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data quality best practices and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data quality techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality management and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of data quality principles, processes, and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Trillium.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management principles is a plus.
