About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and executing financial transactions for our company. You will work closely with our Capital Markets team to analyze market trends, conduct financial research, and make investment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, economic indicators, and financial statements to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor and track market performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to execute financial transactions, including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital restructuring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Communicate complex financial information and investment recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
