About the Role: CapMarket is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Fixed Income Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients to drive fixed income sales. You will work closely with our investment team to identify and present fixed income investment opportunities to clients, while also providing ongoing support and analysis to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to drive fixed income sales
• Collaborate with investment team to identify and present fixed income investment opportunities to clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends
• Create and present sales pitches to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our fixed income products
• Provide ongoing support and analysis to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Monitor and report on market conditions and competitor activity
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new fixed income products and enhance existing ones
• Participate in industry conferences and events to expand network and promote our products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed income sales, preferably in a financial services firm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of fixed income products and markets
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
