Job Title: Fashion Stylist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Stylist to join our team. As a Fashion Stylist, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the overall aesthetic of our brand. Your creativity and keen eye for fashion trends will be instrumental in developing and executing styling concepts for various projects and events. This role requires a strong understanding of the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute styling concepts for photoshoots, fashion shows, and other events
• Collaborate with photographers, models, hair and makeup artists to bring styling visions to life
• Research and stay up-to-date on fashion trends, brands, and designers
• Select and source clothing, accessories, and props for photoshoots and events
• Create mood boards, sketches, and styling plans to guide the creative process
• Ensure all styling elements align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure styling concepts align with marketing objectives
• Attend fittings and provide guidance and direction to models
• Manage and maintain inventory of all styling items, including clothing, accessories, and props
• Build and maintain relationships with fashion brands and designers for potential collaborations
• Travel to different locations for photoshoots and events as required
• Stay within budget and negotiate discounts and deals with vendors when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Fashion Stylist
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, brands, and designers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with styling for various mediums, including print, digital, and events
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide guidance and direction
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
• Passion for fashion and a strong personal sense of style
