Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular sustainability audits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations and processes.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source sustainable materials and products.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
Act as a company liaison with community and environmental organizations, representing the company's sustainability efforts.
Develop and manage sustainability reporting and communication, both internally and externally.
Organize and lead sustainability training and education for employees.
Monitor and track sustainability metrics, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to sustainability and ensure company compliance.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through sustainable practices.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's sustainability efforts to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sustainability role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
