Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement education programs in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create targeted educational programs.
Research and evaluate current educational practices and trends to ensure program effectiveness.
Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
Recruit, train, and supervise instructors and facilitators.
Monitor and track program progress and effectiveness, providing regular reports to management.
Evaluate and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and organizations to enhance program offerings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for educational programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proven experience in program planning and evaluation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
