Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for program development in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

• Manage the program development process from conception to launch, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform program development decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
