Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Writer & Editor to join our team. As a Content Writer & Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that will engage and attract our target audience. This role requires someone with exceptional writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write compelling content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute content marketing strategies
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and transform findings into engaging and informative content
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice
• Optimize content for SEO and implement keyword strategies to improve search engine rankings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness
• Manage content calendar and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic
• Monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy
• Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas to attract and engage target audience
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior writers to help them improve their writing skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Writer or Editor in a similar role
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content (blogs, social media, website, etc.)
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Passion for storytelling and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
