Job Title: Rental Consultant at RentEase

RentEase is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Rental Consultant to join our team. As a Rental Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their rental needs and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking rental properties, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the rental process, including providing information on available properties, lease agreements, and rental policies
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable rental property based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Conduct thorough background and credit checks on potential tenants to ensure their eligibility for rental properties
• Coordinate with property owners to ensure timely and efficient turnover of rental properties, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including current rental rates, trends, and availability
• Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, such as advertising on rental websites, social media, and networking events
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless rental process and provide support as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental properties, clients, and transactions using our management software
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed rental sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rental sales or real estate industry
• Strong understanding of rental policies, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using rental management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property viewings
