Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Curriculum Development Specialist. As a key member of our organization, the Curriculum Development Specialist will play a crucial role in designing and developing educational programs and materials for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to design and develop high-quality curriculum and training materials that align with company objectives and meet industry standards.

• Utilize various instructional methods and techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences for a diverse audience.
• Review and update existing curriculum to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
• Stay informed about new technologies and instructional design tools to enhance the development and delivery of curriculum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of curriculum into the company's learning management system.
• Provide ongoing support and training to instructors and facilitators on curriculum content and delivery methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of curriculum development processes and materials.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to curriculum development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficient in using instructional design software and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform curriculum development.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to curriculum development.
