Your main responsibilities will include performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are kept in pristine condition, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting
• Ensure that all rooms, hallways, and common areas are kept tidy and well-maintained
• Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
• Handle and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist with setting up and organizing meeting rooms and event spaces
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices
• Uphold high standards of customer service by promptly addressing any guest requests or concerns
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and supplies used
• Train and mentor new housekeeping team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
