Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be working closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in production management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire production process, from planning to execution
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and company goals
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the Wood Product Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Proven experience in developing and implementing production strategies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
