Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fishing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Fishing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of fishing operations, including planning, logistics, and communication. You will work closely with the fishing team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all fishing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fishing plans in collaboration with the fishing team and management.
• Oversee the daily operations of fishing activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fishing operations, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
