Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Apparel Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our apparel production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apparel manufacturing and a proven track record of managing successful production teams. As the Apparel Production Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are produced efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the apparel production process from concept to delivery.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Work closely with design and development teams to review product designs and ensure feasibility for production.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for materials, trims, and production services.
• Monitor and manage production costs to ensure profitability.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of production staff.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in apparel production management.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and meeting production targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
