Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Biotechnology Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of techniques, including PCR, ELISA, and HPLC.
• Review and analyze data to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or deviations from established procedures, and propose solutions to maintain product quality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing and analysis, including equipment calibration and maintenance logs.
• Participate in the development, review, and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the production process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to biotechnology quality control.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support external audits and inspections by providing accurate and timely documentation and data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or analytical role in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong technical knowledge of biotechnology testing methods and techniques, including PCR, ELISA, and HPLC.
• Experience with GMP and GLP regulations, as well as ISO quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis software.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
