Overview: We are seeking a Media Production Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the production of high-quality media content for our company. As the Media Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of media production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and distribution. This is a fast-paced and challenging role, and we are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who can lead our team to produce engaging and impactful media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire media production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, allocate resources, and manage budget to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging concepts for media content, and provide strategic direction and guidance throughout the production process.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of production staff, including producers, directors, editors, and technicians, to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to source equipment, locations, and other resources needed for production.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure that all projects are progressing according to plan, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, and implement them into the production process to enhance the quality and efficiency of our media content.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to media production, including copyright laws and licensing agreements.
• Monitor and maintain quality control for all media content, and ensure that all deliverables meet the company's standards and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for all production-related inquiries and issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Production Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of media production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
