Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Develop and validate analytical methods for new products and manage method transfers as needed.
Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to resolve any issues with product quality.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all test results and report any deviations or non-conformances to the Quality Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to company and industry standards.
Stay current with industry and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for process improvements to maintain compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on proper testing techniques and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a quality control laboratory, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
Strong working knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Experience with method development and validation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidelines.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data analysis software.
