Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, equipment, and areas as per company standards and procedures.
Monitor and maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitation in client facilities including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Utilize various cleaning techniques and products to effectively remove dirt, stains, and bacteria from surfaces and fabrics.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment to ensure clean and sanitized linens, towels, and other items.
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.
Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment and tools.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve any hygiene-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning and disinfection activities.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Proven knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE.
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning and laundry tasks for extended periods.
