Job Type: Full-time

Salary: USD: $120,000 - $200,000+ per year

International Dynamics College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our team. As the Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of all academic programs within the organization. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the success and growth of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to develop and maintain academic program goals, objectives, and strategies
• Oversee the design and implementation of new academic programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of students and align with the overall mission and vision of the organization
• Develop and manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the efficient delivery of academic programs, including admissions, financial aid, and student services
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on data and student feedback
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including industry professionals and other educational institutions, to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in higher education and make recommendations for program updates and innovations
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of faculty and staff for academic programs
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations for faculty and staff
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote academic programs and attract prospective students
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in education, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management or a related role in higher education
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, accreditation processes, and higher education industry trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other educational technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
