Job Title: Data Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's data architecture. You will work closely with our data engineering and analytics teams to ensure that our organization's data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, database design, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop our organization's data architecture in collaboration with the data engineering and analytics teams
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data governance policies
• Ensure that our data architecture is scalable, secure, and efficient
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow across different systems and platforms
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data
• Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and data access speed
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-related projects and initiatives
• Document data architecture processes and procedures for future reference
• Train and mentor junior team members on data architecture best practices and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, database design, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
• Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner
• Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages
• Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architecture
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
