Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all properties in the portfolio, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage the properties in accordance with company standards and local regulations
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety issues
Manage the budget and financial performance of each property, including rent collection, expenses, and capital improvements
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance work
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive rental rates and occupancy levels
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including fair housing and safety standards
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the financial and operational performance of the properties

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a multi-family setting
Knowledge of property management software and accounting systems
Strong understanding of local real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
