Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes, with a focus on the paper and forest products division. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ultimately contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of our processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and other optimization strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for adapting our supply chain strategies accordingly.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in the paper and forest products industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with supply chain management software is a plus.
