Position: Messenger Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Messenger Service Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely delivery services for our clients. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations within a specified time frame
• Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of items
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and payments when required
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific delivery needs and provide updates on the status of their deliveries
• Handle any inquiries or concerns from clients in a professional and timely manner
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving company vehicles
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using GPS and other navigation tools
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work flexible hours and on weekends if needed
