Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our company's creative strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging to create visually compelling designs.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Oversee production processes, including reviewing proofs and ensuring all designs meet technical specifications.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure projects are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of industry-standard design principles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of designers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
