Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum for our educational programs. This individual will have a passion for education and a strong understanding of curriculum development and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for various educational programs, ensuring alignment with state and national standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to design curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in curriculum development to continuously improve our programs.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current curriculum and make necessary revisions to ensure student success.
• Create and maintain a curriculum calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Provide training and support to teachers on implementing and using curriculum materials effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for our educational programs.
• Attend conferences and workshops to stay current on educational trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Work with the assessment team to develop assessments that align with the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the technology team to integrate technology into the curriculum and enhance student learning.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance the curriculum.
• Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep the team updated on curriculum changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and design.
• Strong understanding of state and national standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into curriculum.
• Experience with project management and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for education and continuous learning.

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
• The role will be based in our main office, with some travel to different locations for conferences and meetings.
• The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
