Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Line Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Production Line Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and ensuring the efficient and timely production of quality products. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, manage resources, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet changing demands
• Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in production
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any production issues or inefficiencies
• Collaborate with quality control department to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications
• Train, mentor, and motivate production line staff to achieve optimal performance and promote a positive work culture
• Monitor and track production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures and regulations
• Communicate production updates, issues, and recommendations to upper management as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to improve production processes and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in managing production processes, resources, and personnel
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
